Ten years have passed since Elena received that fateful call on which Ivan, her six-year-old son, told her that he was lost on a beach in France, unable to find his father. It was the last she ever heard from him. Elena now lives on that beach and works as a manager in a restaurant there. She is just starting to see the light at the end of the dark tunnel that has shrouded her life for so long.
