Ojos negros

Paula is a fourteen-year-old girl who has difficulty relating to her environment. When summer comes, she travels alone to Ojos Negros, the village where her mother grew up and where her family still lives. The distant character of her aunt and the illness of her grandmother create a suffocating climate in the house. It is then that she meets Alicia, who is outgoing and spontaneous. The end of this first friendship and the witnessing of her grandmother's death will make her see what growing up really means.
